I reached out to Kseniya after a mutual friend introduced us. From the first session, I felt we connected, she created an open trustful space to work in. I wanted a change and was somehow lost in deciding where to go and how to start. Through our sessions, we covered several topics… introspection on personal values, broadening perspectives in the face of challenges, defining my own space to manage relationships with my team, breathing/visualization techniques to disconnect and think clearly. All of the topics were ad hoc to my need at the time, but always connected by a string of purpose to achieve my goal. Also Kseniya was very focused into action, after every session I was clear on what I needed to do to move forward, and eventually, I did change quite some things in my life! Kseniya is a flexible, creative and caring coach, without a doubt highly recommend her!!

What did I feel?

I felt safe to talk openly about my challenge, fears, stress, thoughts, everything. Even in difficult days, I always felt energized and positive after our sessions. I also felt stronger and more confident.

What was helpful?

I found the exercises very helpful, there was always some creative side to them that would take me somewhere different and far from where I was, really broadening my perspective. Kseniya was always tailoring the approach and making me accountable to myself of what I wanted and what I needed to achieve it.

My takeaways

I had different realizations at each session, sometimes it was reassuring something I knew but had forgotten, sometimes it was seeing something in a new light. I learned that I can manage, that I can trust myself, that it's ok to create space with others so I can think and do my work, I also learned that small changes can take you very far. Today, almost a year after our sessions, I keep my allies technique in use and it always makes me feel grounded and confident.
